Global Postal Service - No Tracking

Global Postal Service - No Tracking is usually the most economical shipping method and typically carried by a national postal service. It charges by the actual package weight.

 

Additionally, it comes with no minimal charge per package; therefore, it is very suitable for small packages. The actual shipping time varies from country to country, but it may take somewhere from 10 - 20 business days (14 - 28 week days).

 

The major drawback of Global Postal Service - No Tracking is that it does not provide tracking. Hence, we don't recommend the usage of Global Postal Service - No Tracking for any order over USD $30.

 

Global Postal Service - Tracking

Global Postal Service - Tracking is also carried out by a national postal service, but includes tracking capability. The couriers charge a fixed tracking fee per package, typically ranging from USD $1 - 3.

 

Additionally, it varies from country to country and can take 10 - 18 business days (14 - 26 week days). We recommend the use of Global Postal Service - Tracking to improve your experience.

 

Global Postal Expedited

Global Postal Expedited Shipping takes 5 - 8 business days (8 - 12 week days), and generally it is provided by EMS or other global e-commerce shipping couriers.

 

It is highly recommended to use for oversized packages or items with shipping restrictions; such as those containing liquids, batteries, powders or gels that cannot be shipped with expedited shipping.

 

To ensure fast delivery when you order USD $60 or more, we only recommend the usage of Global Postal Expedited and Global Express Expedited Shipping.

 

Global Express Expedited

Global Express Expedited Shipping is the fastest way to ship your product globally. It typically takes 3 - 4 business days (5 - 7 week days) to arrive and is carried by one of the following global express shipping companies: DHL, UPS, FedEx, and TNT. We have very good discounted prices from the couriers to save money; we highly recommend the usage of Global Express Expedited Shipping for the best shopping experience.

 

The tracking for Global Express Expedited Shipping is far superior to those of its counterparts. It includes updates on every step of the way.

 

The only drawback of Global Express Expedited Shipping is that it comes with a minimal charge of USD $10-15 per package. Therefore, it would only be economical, if the order is at least USD $40 or more.

 

Important Tips for Global Express Expedited Shipping:

 

The shipping price increases when the weight exceeds the 500mg mark. In other words, if the order is 999mg, the shipping cost is the same as 501mg.

 

Additionally, all expedited deliveries require a signature upon arrival, and are not always suitable for P.O. Box Addresses. If a P.O. Box address is provided, we may contact the customer for an alternate address, an actual residence/place of business, to insure there are no delays during the delivery process.

For customers buying a product with the “Shipped Locally” logo, VAT is included in the product price and no import duties will be added by the destination country.

Duty & Tax Insurance
We provide Duty & Tax Insurance service for any purchase and can be checked when placing an order.

 

If you pay for the Duty & Tax Insurance when you placed an order and were charged a tax fee when the package arrived, we'll be glad to refund 100% tax fee. Please tell us what was the total amount of the tax fee you were charged by submitting a new "Ask about customs duties" ticket with a copy of the invoice at that time, and we'll refund the amount you were charged.

 

Please note that we will not refund any tax fee if you haven't purchased the Insurance for Duty & Tax for this order.



Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses?

At this time, we regret to inform you that our shipping partners are unable to deliver to PO Boxes and/or APO/FPO military addresses. Please provide a physical street address to ensure that your items are delivered in a timely manner. If you provide a PO Box or APO/FPO military address, the shipment of your item will be delayed.

Why was I asked for a "CPF" number? (Brazilian customers)

Our customers in Brazil have informed us that all international shipments require all individuals should state their “CPF” number on invoices; also, Brazilian companies are required to include a “CNPJ” number.

Therefore, if you would like us to ship your order to Brazil, please make sure to provide the correct "CPF" or "CNPJ" number so your package can smoothly clear Customs.
